1. Usage

The Simple Present Tense is used for:

• Habitual actions: I go to school every day.
• General truths: The sun rises in the east.

2. Formula

• Positive: Subject + Verb1 (+s/es)
• Negative: Subject + do/does not + Verb1
• Interrogative: Do/Does + Subject + Verb1?

3. Examples:

• She goes to school at 6 a.m.
• I do not like coffee.
• Do you play football?
